Artist's Description

Spring beauties and Virginia Bluebells enchant the viewer of this early spring in the woods photograph.

This photograph was created by first bicycling to the preserve and then hiking in. I knew to expect bluebells but I was elevated by the vertical barren trees that accompanied by a carpeting of bluebells and spring beauties. I will never forget the sensation that my mind experienced on this spring walk.

Lover of Life and Light. I tend to be a natural observer and often a quiet man. I am thankful for being alive and for the experiences that I have had and am able to continue to share. My "formal" photography training consists of two, one day courses in junior high on basic dark room procedures. Since then, I have learned through direct experimentation and observation of the world around me.
